RETURNS & REFUNDS
If you’re shopping with us online or over the telephone, then you will be pleased to know that you are covered by the Distance Selling regulations. These have been established to make sure you have an opportunity to cancel your order if the goods aren’t what was expected. After all, we all make mistakes from time to time.
You have the right to cancel your order at anytime, up to 7 working days after the day you receive it. But, you must tell us straight away if you wish to do this.
If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 7 working days of receiving you item.
You must take care of the items while they are in your possession: they must be returned to our supplier in a sellable condition. It is your responsibility to return the items to our supplier, or to arrange collection of larger items.
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Before you return goods, please click here or e-mail us at email@example.com stating item you wish to return. To speed up the process, please ensure you provide your order number. Once received we will process and reply.
The refund will happen once we/or our supplier have received the goods and have checked that it meets our returns policy, this usually takes a few days.
If you return items due to cancellation or ordering the wrong products we will deduct a fee equivalent of £5.00 for issuing a credit note and transferring money. Please note that refunds do not include shipping costs paid at time you placed the order.
